Our benches are beefy. The flat bench is made from heavy SHS tubing and weighs around 18 kg. It is equipped with a premium 5 cm thick foam padding for comfort & support, a rubber covered handle to move it around, and industrial grade wheels for easy movement and handling around the training floor. For increased stability, 4 rubber cups are added to the platform to compensate ground irregularities.
