It's only pressure if you're not prepared.

Pressure is a privilege. It only comes with opportunity and when there's something on the line of merit. Winners crave pressure because it's the signal that what they're about to do matters and they've prepared for this moment. Average crumbles under pressure because they wait until their opportunity to prepare for them - and by then it's too late.

If you're someone working hard to prepare for your moment before it arrives, embrace the pressure so you can shine when everyone else crumbles.
