Build to a Heavy Complex:

• You have 6 minutes for 3 attempts (Every 2 minutes 1 attempt).
• If the athlete fails one of the movements, the entire complex is considered a failed lift.
• If the athlete starts the complex before time ends, they can still finish it even after time.
• Your score will be the heaviest successful complex.

Teams

Each member of the team will do only one of the following in a 2-minute time cap with the same sequence:

0 to 2 min
Athlete 1: 2 Rep Max Deadlift (Touch and Go/Barbell can’t rest on the floor)

2 to 4 min
Athlete 2: 2 Rep Max Hang Squat Cleans

4 to 6 min
Athlete 3: 2 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead (From the floor)

• If the athlete starts before time ends, they can still finish even after time, but it will reduce the time of the athlete after them as the total time cap is 6 minutes.
• Your score will be the accumulated weight of the successful lifts for the three athletes.
