FIND YOUR ROPE LENGTH

The right rope length can improve timing, control, and efficiency.

1. Step on the center of the cable with both feet together.

2. Pull both handles upward until the cable is taut.

3. As a starting point, the tops of the handles should reach approximately between your chest and armpits.

4. Fine-tune the length based on your technique and preference.

Beginners may prefer slightly more clearance, while experienced athletes often use a shorter setup for faster rotations.

EASY TO ADJUST

1. Remove the handle end cap.

2. Adjust the cable to your preferred length.

3. Secure the cable firmly in place.

4. Test the rope before trimming any excess cable.

5. Trim only once you're confident with the fit.

Tip: Always test your setup before making a permanent cut.

Speed-rope cables are wear items, and lifespan varies depending on training frequency, technique, and surface.

Smooth gym flooring and rubber surfaces generally extend cable life, while rough concrete and abrasive outdoor surfaces can accelerate wear.

Inspect your cable regularly and replace it if the coating becomes significantly worn or damaged.

For best performance, store your rope loosely coiled rather than tightly folded.
