Elastic Rubber Bands have become one of the most essential accessories for every gym and athlete. You can use them for warming up & mobility, add resistance to your lifts, or add assistance for pull up progression.
Available in the following levels:
- Ultra Light: 1.3 cm – adds 20-35 lb of resistance “Red”.
- Light: 2.1 cm – adds 30-50 lb of resistance “Black”.
- Medium: 3.2 cm – adds 50-75 lb of resistance “Purple”.
- Heavy: 4.5 cm – adds 100-120 lb of resistance “Green”.
- Extra Heavy: 6.4 cm – adds 120-175 lb of resistance “Blue”.
