Hawk Grips - Chalk-Free

The new Grips chalk-free Hawk allow a grip on the bar like you've never experienced, making you a true predator in all bar exercises at WOD and competitions.

Inspired by the extraordinary grip strength of a hawk, capable of exerting a force of up to 35 kg/cm2, our R&D team has developed Grips designed to be used without magnesium, which provides a superior grip to any other callipers on the market, without neglecting the resistance and the comfort of the Grips PicSil.

The Hawk has been developed together with the best athletes in the world, which has allowed us to study and take care of every detail to provide superior performance at the highest level of demand.  

This exhaustive process has allowed us to develop the perfect non-magnesium grips, designed to be the best on clean bars, eliminating the distractions and time wasted in competition caused by chafing and continuous magnesium replenishment.

The Hawk magnesium-free Grips has a reinforced reinforcement on the outside of the palm of the handpalm, which protects your hands in specific exercises such as Ring muscle ups.

The reinforced wrist foam and hypoallergenic buckle and strap will provide you with unparalleled wrist support and comfort. 

Its triple-layer design, characteristic of our Grips, increases the product's resistance, grip and breathability so you don't have to worry about anything. 

A balanced triple-layer callera, which does not compromise the feel of the bar thanks to its only 2mm total thickness.

This product includes: 

• Grips without magnesium Hawk Grips by PicSil,
• Cotton wrist straps and
• Breathable anti-mildew mesh bag.

 It is composed of of a balanced combination of 3 layers + Foam:

1. Polyurethane: Offers the best grip on non-magnesium bars.
2. Aramid: Provides strength and durability to the callera.
3. Soft inner layer: To provide maximum comfort when in contact with the hand.
4. Foam: Present in the wrist area providing greater confrot and support, allowing a better grip on the bar from the wrist. 

Tips for product care:  

• Avoid machine washing 
• Avoid bleaching products   
• Avoid tumble drying  
• Allow to air dry
• Avoid long hours of exposure to direct sunlight
• Store after drying in the breathable anti-mildew mesh bag. 

* These chalk-free grips have been designed to provide grip never seen before on magnesium-free bars and environments. However, the presence of magnesium can compromise grip. If used on dirty bars, we recommend using other grips such as Phoenix or Falcon for better results.

If you are not 1000% satisfied with your purchase, you are always welcome to return it to us within 30 days. 

Please place your request for exchange or return through our Exchange/Return Portal, all you need is your email ID and the order number. That's it!

To qualify for a full refund please make sure the product meets the return conditions mentioned below

Return Conditions

In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original packaging and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging. Our representatives may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection (where applicable) but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused. 

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

We regret we cannot accept returns or process refunds for the following:

• Underwear, socks and swimming suits/pants, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that do not meet the Return Conditions outlined in this policy.
• Final Sale, Clearance and Garage Sale items
• Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for refunds, a store credit of equal value will be provided instead.
• Original delivery charges, cash-handling fees and customs or tax payments that might apply at destination country.
• Free gifts or promotional items. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the items returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees).

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by Us. Please note that refunds should reach your account within three weeks from the date we process your refund. You will be solely responsible for payment of any bank charges that you incur in reversing the transaction.

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

• Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
• Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
• PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.

Order cancellation

In situations where you place an order and for any reason decide to cancel it before it is delivered to you, please write immediately to support@genejack.com with the order details. If the order was not out for delivery already, we will cancel the order and refund the amount in full. If the order was already dispatched with the courier, then please follow the return process.

Exchanges

You can always exchange the same item for a different size, however if you need to exchange the item for a completely different one then please place a return request for a refund then make a new purchase of the item required.

Gifted Items 

Items in gift orders can only be returned with a refund given to the purchaser of the gift.
