Volunteer Agreement for the UAE STORM GAMES
Event Details:

Service: The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary service of interest for the duration of the UAE STORM GAMES, scheduled for two days. The Volunteer shall host and facilitate the event program, announcements, and any other duties required to ensure a smooth and engaging event.
Schedule: The Volunteer shall be present at the event venue on day 1 and day 2 at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. The UAE STORM GAMES committee shall provide the Volunteer with the event schedule and any specific instructions in advance. The Volunteer will also adequately prepare by familiarizing themselves with event details, participants, and any other necessary information.
Dress Code: The Volunteer shall dress appropriately for the event, adhering to the dress code provided by the UAE STORM GAMES committee.
Travel and Accommodation: If applicable, any expenses related to travel and accommodation shall be the sole responsibility of the Volunteer.
Intellectual Property: Any content, scripts, or material provided to the Volunteer by the UAE STORM GAMES committee shall remain the property of the UAE STORM GAMES committee. The Volunteer agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute such material for any other purpose beyond the scope of this event.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Volunteer agrees to fulfill their commitments for any scheduled events on the day of termination.
Indemnification: The parties shall indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the performance or non-performance of their respective obligations under this agreement.
